My Product Has A Problem! What Can I Do

What to do in 2 steps:

Step 1

Try to troubleshoot the item by checking the manual we provide in the package .Often we can solve the problem for you without you needing to send anything back. In many cases the product seems to have a problem, but it can be solved by restarting, installing properly, or fixing an accessory.

Handing Time: 1-3 Working Days.
Fulfilled: Mon-Sat.


When will I receive my order?
Delivery time :
Main Cities 1 - 2 Working Days;
Regional Areas 1 - 4 Working Days;
All Other Areas 2 - 5 Working Days.
Fulfilled: Mon-Fri.

How much is shipping fee?

FREE shipping for all orders above AED60 .

If the order price is less than AED60, there will be an additional shipping fee: AED10.

We will choose the carrier that we think works best for our customers. Most of our orders will be processed by the courier guy.

Before the order is dispatched:

Cancel the order on the website and place the order again with the correct address;

Before the order is dispatched, cancel the order on the website and place the order again with the desired product colour.
